To reduce the risk of an inconvenient or unexpected boiler breakdown leaving you without hot water and heating, we recommend that your boiler is serviced yearly.

If you have a boiler with ongoing manufacturers warranty, an annual service must be carried out as a condition of continued warranty cover. The original boiler manufacturers installation and service manual should be made available for our engineer to complete the service record. The manufacturer would want to see a complete service record as evidence of regular servicing in the event of a breakdown within the warranty period.
