Glo Heating, as our name would suggest, is a heating & hot water specialist contractor based in Southsea, Hampshire. We offer a small but comprehensive range of heating & hot water services to homeowners, landlords and agents as well as commercial customers.

We are licensed by the Gas Safe Register, for gas a works and have more recently become a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineers (CIPHE), which give us a professional edge over the majority of other contractors and shows our commitment to the heating and hot water industry.

We pride ourselves on our reliable, transparent service, setting out to execute all jobs with precision and longevity in mind. Our customers benefit from accurate time slots, paperless billing, digital certification (e.g. gas safety records) and a free annual reminder service for boiler servicing and gas safety records.

We thoroughly enjoy our work and this is reflected in the quality of service and workmanship that we deliver. Of course, we treat our customers property with respect and always make sure we leave a clean and tidy space on completion of works.

Whether you are in need of an urgent boiler repair, a routine boiler service, a replacement boiler or heating controls upgrade, we can help. When it comes to new installations, we are able to professionally design and install energy efficient heating and hot water systems for your new build or renovation project.

Manufacturer trained & accredited

We are a Vaillant Advance accredited installer and have been installing and maintaining Vaillant’s range of industry leading boilers since 2004. In recent years we have also been offering Ideal and Baxi boilers as a more cost effective alternative and are pleased to have recently become an Ideal MAX accredited installer. These accreditations require specialist training direct from each manufacturer.

Always on the lookout for new technology to improve user experience and energy efficiency, we received training from Nest to offer their groundbreaking smart thermostats. We have since become the most highly rated Nest Pro installer in the Portsmouth area. Heating control upgrades can be complicated on some systems, this is where our inhouse ‘hybrid’ engineers, who are both qualified heating engineers and electricians, make us stand out from the crowd.
